Hi my name is Leann! Thanks for visiting my website! I started Turner Consulting LLC initially to fill a gap that I found while overseeing a Federally funded Program through the NM State Housing Authority. Often times these programs are extremely nuanced. Im here to assist you with your housing compliance needs. Whether that be gaining a better understanding of the Federal Dollar, Training and Technical Assistance within various Housing Programs, Staff Training, Policy review and updates and much more!

What type of Consulting is offered?

Turner Consulting specializes in affordable housing compliance; offering training and technical assistance with a focus on federally funded affordable housing programs. Priority is currently being given to the HOME Investment Partnership-funded Homeowner Rehabilitation Program. Outside of this priority there are also services available to other Housing Programs whether Affordable or Conventional, T.C. has got you covered!

Why are HOME Investment Partnership Program Subrecipients offered a priority/preference?

Turner Consulting was founded based on the need of this specific Program. Its a labor of love, but beyond that, the need for this program within the state of NM is GREAT. The program is nuanced and a heavy load for any Agency. The goal for T.C. is to assist in this program being fully operational within the State of NM. Our founder oversaw this program for the State and co-authored all current State Policy and Procedure. T.C. is the only local T&TA available to assist in this Program.
